Some (few?) may notice that I had posted images I’d found on my fun Tumblr account. Well… I turned around today and found one that had originated from a flickr account. What did that flickr account say? “All Rights Reserved.” Oops. Gulp. Agh. So! I’m weeding!
Some say that tumblr is about reblogging others images. And if you put it out there, then watermark it if… Ok. I watermark if I would rather someone not make money off my work. But I still don’t mind if they post and credit me. Without asking me. But that’s me! And I can’t assume for anyone else. So, I’m slowly weeding things here. 😦 Some great images are gone. But I couldn’t keep doing that once it (DUH!) struck me that tumblr’s for tumbling on tumblr and that’s that. And even that’s worth doing carefully on tumblr.
My world has gone into the spin cycle lately with work/health/parenting and I got in too big a hurry. No more. So, if by some crazy chance, someone actually expects to see a certain image and it’s not there, this is why.
